Jaxon Hyatt

Wealth Advisor Assistant

Jaxon is building his career in financial services with a strong foundation in investment markets, financial planning, and client service. Having passed the Series 7 and Series 66 exams, along with the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Life and Health Insurance exams, he brings a high level of preparation, discipline, and industry knowledge to his role.

His interest in financial markets began well before he entered the industry. Jaxon started investing at 15 and, at 16, became the youngest employee at his local bank in Harrisonville, Missouri. Working as a bank teller gave him firsthand exposure to the financial decisions individuals and families make every day and reinforced his belief in the importance of financial literacy, thoughtful planning, and informed financial guidance.

Growing up with two entrepreneurial parents who own small businesses also shaped Jaxon’s perspective. From an early age, he saw both the opportunities and complexities that come with business ownership, including balancing personal and business finances, managing risk, planning for growth, and making decisions with long-term implications.

Jaxon has continued to build on that foundation through both education and professional development. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration through the University of the People while continuing to expand his knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and the financial markets.

Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, Jaxon organizes the Cass County Chess Club. His interest in chess reflects many of the qualities he brings to financial services: strategic thinking, discipline, patience, and the ability to consider both immediate decisions and their longer-term implications.

Jaxon is committed to building a long-term career in financial services and helping clients better understand their financial lives, evaluate their options, and make informed decisions as they work toward their goals.
